Mr. Elhouty is licensed to practice law in Texas and California. Samire attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) where he received his B.A. in Political Theory and History. He then attended Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York, where he earned his J.D. After passing the California bar, he worked for a firm in California where his practice involved corporate and commercial law, estate planning, and advising start-ups in a wide variety of industries. His experience in handling trusts and estates litigation also served as a foundation to his estate planning practice, which involved the preparation of wills and trusts. He later relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he currently works for a federal agency. Separate from his federal practice, Mr. Elhouty takes on his own clients in estate planning and business transactions.
Mr. Elhouty is active in the community and has volunteered for a number of organizations. While practicing back in Los Angeles, Samire was awarded “Volunteer of the Year” by the Retirement Housing Foundation for providing estate planning and end of life planning for low-income, at risk residents of the largest senior housing community in the United States. Here in Dallas, Samire has volunteered with the Dallas Public Library as an English teacher for students preparing to take the GED exam. Samire also volunteers for Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas where he provides free estate planning services to low income residents throughout the DFW metroplex.
